a Rafflecopter giveawayI received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
I was recently contacted by a company called Tiecoon.com. They wanted me to review one of their products. If you guess ties you were correct. Tiecoon.com is a company that offers a wide variety of ties at low prices. They sent me a blue and black striped Jon VanDyk skinny tie.
The tie looked really good. The colors were vibrant and it looked like it was made from quality material. On the main large label it says that it is Hand made in Holland.
After looking at the tie more closely I found another small label that says Made in China.
Well aside from the misleading tags I checked the tie out for quality and workmanship. Flipping the tie over I examined the stitching on the back. It looked exactly the same comparing to the tie I purchased for my husband from Macy’s for $40. The material on the front of the tie seemed strong and was without defects.
In conclusion if you want an inexpensive and good looking tie and do not care about misleading labels and where the product is made this tie is great.
