This past summer we lived in a hotel for about a month before our house was done being built. It was probably one of the longest months of my life. We took advantage of a lot of outside time but when we were stuck in the hotel my kids got to watch the Disney Channel which we normally don’t have. One of the shows they ended up liking was Puppy Dog Pals. It is a cute show about dog brothers who go on adventures together. My kids didn’t get into the show too much, they only watched a few shows. Even though they didn’t watch it that much I know they are going to love this Puppy Dog Pals Doghouse Playset from Just Play!

This is the Doghouse Playset.
It retails for $34.99 from Toys R Us. The playset is not a huge toy so won’t take up too much space. It is also great because it is a toy that even children who don’t watch the show can enjoy. There is so much to do with it .

There are a few pieces that this playset comes in. But the good news is that it does not take a lot of effort to put together. I had to take it apart to put it back into the box and I am sure I could put it back together without instructions the next time. There are only about seven pieces that you have to attach yourself but it is made well and fits together perfectly. Then for easier storage it can easily be taken apart but not too easy that it is going to fall apart while being played with.

As I mentioned before there are multiple ways to play with the toy. The puppy dog pals can ride up and down the elevator. They can go down the slide, teeter on the teeter totter, or ride in the car. Plus a few other gun ways to play. It is also a fun way for your child to use imaginative play and act out their favorite shows or make up their own new adventures.
This toy is recommended for ages three and up. We are planning on giving this toy to our three year old son and we know he will have a lot of fun with it. It is also a toy that he will enjoy playing with his five year old sister.
