17 fabulous gifts

With the holidays just around the corner, there are not many days left to find the perfect gift.  Each parent wants to find that gift that will make their child squeal with delight and joy.  We are inundated with advertisements for flashing, singing, or electronic toys.  But what if you are looking for something else?  What about toys that foster creativity, thinking, and imagination?  What about toys that help your child be more active and explore the world around them?  I’ve compiled a list of 17 fantastic toys that require no batteries and have no screens.  They are great for fostering imagination and creative play.  They have been tried and tested.  Our children loved them, and I bet yours will too.

Lol, love the post, its hard to believe that there was a day when we actually had to play with our toys and use our imagination. Well maybe be not, I still see my grandkids getting gifts, and 5 minutes later they are playing with the box it came in! LOL
