Mirari Pop! Pop! Piano From Patch Review and Giveaway

One of the best things that happens when you buy a toy is that you find out it is more fun than you had originally thought. That is one of the reasons I am happy I got the Mirari Pop! Pop! Piano from Patch.

Pop! Pop! Piano

Before I started writing this review I was a little disappointed in this toy because I thought it was too young for my daughter (it is recommended for 12+ months and my daughter is 20 months) but as I was reading through their website I learned new things about it that changed my mind.

Just looking at this toy you can see that the purpose of it is to hit the piano keys and watch the stars bounce from one tube to another. This was fun for my daughter for about 5 minutes and then she was done with the toy and wouldn’t play with it again for more than a few seconds. What you can’t see right away is that this toy is actually designed for you to be able to take the plastic dome off of the top to expand the amount of play that is done. Now without the plastic dome you can pop the stars out and have your child chase them around. You can also take the stars out and practice colors by having your child put the colored star in it’s matching tube (this is one activity I am excited about as my daughter is beginning to learn her colors).

I am glad that I know more about this toy now and that it is a toy my daughter can continue to enjoy and that I don’t have to wait for my next baby to be old enough to play with it, in about 14 months. I also like how the stars are tested and they make sure that they are safe for children, especially with the dome being removable, so I don’t have to worry about my daughter choking on them.

One other fun thing about this toy is that even parents can have some fun enjoying it. One thing both my husband and I have tried to do is, with the dome on, was to get all the stars into their same colored tubes. It is a lot harder than you would think but I cheat a little bit and tip it from side to side and have gotten it a couple times, now I just have to get it without cheating!

So now you see how this is a toy the whole family can enjoy and thanks to Patch you can all enter to win a Mirari Pop! Pop! Piano for yourselves! Just enter the giveaway below. Good luck!

The myPad and myPhone are pretty neat but I think my little ones would have tons of fun with the piano.

I like the Busy Buddy. My first baby really liked gear toys, so I think my new little man will like them too.
