The Boodle Box {Giveaway}

07/05/2014 By Irina 39 Comments

Boodle Box

Is there a harder group to shop for than pre-teen girls?  You don’t want to get them something too childish or too mature.  It’s difficult to keep up with what is “in”.  I’ve had pre-teen sisters and cousins, and it’s stressful trying to find something that they will be able to enjoy and makes them feel grown up and special.

The Boodle Box has taken all the stress out of shopping for a pre-teen girl.  The Boodle Box is a subscription company, that has created a specialized gift box, especially designed for pre-teen girls.  Each box is full of trendy goodies like nail polish, lip gloss, and other accessories.  They have even created boxes for two different age groups.  The Boodle One is designed for girls ages 5-10.  While Boodle Two is designed for girls that are 11+.

Each month, a theme is incorporated in the Boodle Box.  It’s July, so our Boodle Box was 4th of July themed.

July Boodle Box

We received the Boodle Two this month.  My daughter was thrilled to get a box in the mail, and she was even more excited once she opened it.  Inside was a card listing each item that was included and its retail value.

Here are all the exciting things that were included:

Handmade Red, White and Blue Soap

Red, White Blue Soap

Americana 3-in-1 DIY Nail Pen

Nail Art Pen

Ritzy Nail Striping Tape

Ritzy Nail Tape

White Icing Body Shimmer

Body Shimmer

Hot Huez Hair Chalk

Love Anchor Infinity Bracelet

Boodle Box Bracelet

Organic Face Sponge

To order a single Boodle Box,  is only $24.  But if you choose to get a subscription, the price drops to just $19 a month.  The total retail value of the box we received was over $51!   It was packed with popular and fun items that my daughter loved (plus a few items I may be borrowing).  It’s a fast and easy way to take the stress out of shopping for a pre-teen, while getting high value and trendy products they will be thrilled to receive.

I was given a Boodle Two to facilitate a review.  I did not have to give a positive review and my opinions are honest and my own.

The Boodle Box has teamed up with ILMK to bring our readers an exclusive giveaway.  The winner will get to choose either a free Birthday Boodle Box, for a lucky girl in your life, or a Kate Spade NY mini bow bangle bracelet, for yourself!  All you need to do to enter is fill out at least one entry below, but the more you enter, the better your odds of winning!  Contest ends July 13 at 11:59 p.m. EST.  Good luck!

Congratulations to our winner Greta Garbo!

I LOVE that you can choose the age group! My daughter is 11 and it is so hard to find things that are not to old for her or too babyish! Thank you for the opportunity! 🙂

The think I like best about the Boodle Box is that you can buy some of the products in the ‘shop’ section–like the fun Watermelon Scratch and Sniff Nail Wraps!

I like that the stuff seems to be mostly stuff that you use up… most kids have so much stuff, they don’t need more stuff to just sit around.

I love that my daughter would have something to look forward to every month with products that are aimed to please for HER. She’s at that age where toys aren’t cutting it, but she’s far too young for those older ‘teen’ places in the mall just yet. I love this idea!
