Glass Handbag review

            When I’m shopping for a bag I look for not only style but also functionality.  I don’t want a bag that looks good but doesn’t carry all of my stuff.  And at the same time I don’t want a bag that can carry everything but looks outdated or ugly.  If I wanted to just carry my stuff I would use my son’s backpack.  As far as high fashion goes some of the better department stores now carry Prada, Coach, Lois Vuitton, and other well-known brands.  My problem with them is that they are “Well Known”.  I don’t want a bag that everyone else has or can go get if they so desire.  I want a bag that is unique and stands out in the crowd of monotony. 

            A handbag designer recently contacted me to introduce me to her line of handbags.  The company is called Glass Handbags and their CEO and founder is Tamara Leuty.  

Glass Handbags has developed a revolutionary luxury handbag with a unique integrated light system.  When you open the Glass Handbag you are greeted with the soft glow of a light inside the bag. 

  This light serves to illuminate anything you may be searching for inside.  The light works great in low light situations when you need to find something in your handbag.  Think about all of those times you were walking to your car at night and were fumbling around searching for your car keys or mobile phone. 

            Those will be problems of the past if you get a Glass Handbag.  Not only will you be walking around will the most stylish Handbag but it will be very functional as well.  Glass Handbags sent me my own handbag to check out and use.  It was their JewelPatent Satchel in Iridescent Black Onyx. The handbag looked great when I took it out of the box.  The black Italian leather was flawless and looked fantastic.  The metal gold polished hardware accentuated the bag perfectly.  My Mother walked in while I was admiring the bag and said, “Wow, Is that for me?”  I could see in her eyes that she really love the bag.  I could also tell that we might have to battle it out for the possession of the bag. 

            All kidding aside we both love the bag.  I then installed the batteries that come with it into the holder.  This holder is then placed into a special pocket within the handbag.  Then when I opened up the bag a soft bluish light came on the illuminated the interior of the bag.  I have to say this feature is really cool.  When you shut the lights off in the room there is the mystical glow that comes from the bag.  It is like you are in possession of some magical device seen in fantasy movies.  I thought the light was soft and warm and functional.  It wasn’t overpowering and it served its purpose of lighting the interior of the handbag. 

            In conclusion I would highly recommend the Glass Handbag Company to all of my readers.  The bag I received was not only sturdy but it was well designed and had a very unique quality about it.  I look forward to seeing more of the Glass Handbags in the future.
