10 “Veggies Most” Side Dishes To Keep Your Stomach Satisfied and Your Body Healthy

I have recently started a plant-based eating lifestyle in effort to live a happier and healthier life.  Never being a huge vegetable fan in the past, this has proven to be a little challenging at times. Especially when trying to encourage my children to enjoy them. Luckily for them, I have become quite diverse in vegetable prep these days!  I honestly had to find a new way to serve vegetables day in and day out.  Turns out, living a plant-based eating lifestyle doesn’t have to mean over cooked squash and carrots every single day!  I have put together a list of 10 “veggies most” sides for you to enjoy.

Some of these side dishes can be served as a full meal, in and of themselves. However, most will need an adequate serving of protein to partner with them.  Either way, these 10 veggie most sides are sure to help give you an alternative to carrots and broccoli day in and day out!

If you have some “veggies most” side dishes that you love, share the link in the comments below and I will add them to my next veggies most blog post.
