Whatever you do in life there are moments when you may find yourself in a rut or stuck with negative feelings. One thing to remember is that these feelings are only temporary and eventually will change. How fast they change may depend on the person and the types of tools you have to deal with adversity. I like to think of a big toolbox and all of my coping mechanisms inside as my tools for success. For example, meditation is a tool that I use daily to help me when I’m feeling stressed or anxious. Some other tools I use are writing, listening to music and podcasts, reading, drawing and watching motivational movies or documentaries. For the purpose of this article I would like to focus on those movies and documentaries that can help kick you in your butt when your down.
Okay, so these are all pretty much documentaries and not movies. Well, actually documentaries are movies about something real. Maybe that is why documentaries are one of my favorite categories on Netflix. I have learned so much over the years and have improved my life as a result of watching these inspirational films. If you need a proverbial kick in the butt then check out any of these titles.
