Introducing Classical Literature to Your Babies & Toddlers Is Possible Thanks to BabyLit Books

In our house we love to read books together. I’ve found that it produces bonding moments that are almost impossible to recreate. As a family, we are able travel to distant lands, explore new meanings of words, and become skilled storytellers, all through the power of literacy.  BabyLit books have given us the ability to introduce classics, such as Little Women, Sherlock Holmes, and Alice and Wonderland even to our littlest learner.

BabyLit has sent me a collection of their classic books to review and share with you.  I have had a good time exploring this company’s products and am happy to promote them.

What Makes BabyLit Books Special?

There are thousands of books available in this world, so you may be wondering what makes BabyLit so special.  BabyLit books are very vibrant in color and the detailing that is incorporated on every page is exquisite. The  illustrations are very relatable and capture the eye over and over again. In addition to that, each book is a board book, which makes them strong and capable of withstanding the grueling force of toddlers.

Each of the Classic Lit books are “primer” books. Primer books are beginning books that help expose the youngest of readers to different ways of learning. Highlighting concepts such as shapes, sounds, colors, letters, etc.  The BabyLit primer books explore all those concepts and more.  By looking at the cover of most of the Classic Lit books, you will be able to identify which primer concept that particular book is highlighting. Understanding that they are primer books will prepare you enjoy them more thoroughly.

Beyond books, BabyLit also has puzzles, playsets, games, and more that draw in every age and reading level. I encourage you to browse their products and welcome BabyLit books into your home.

After having had the chance to become more familiar with BabyLit books, I can’t wait to add to my collection.  My current wishlist includes the Jungle Book Playset, the Pride and Prejudice Storybook, and the BabyLit Memory Game. What books or products are on your wishlist? Share your favorite titles with me in the comments.

If I won, I’d let my daughter choose the 3 piece set. She might choose the Maggie Mae III set.
