How To Reclaim Your Wardrobe with LuLaRoe!

If you are anything like me, you are constantly checking over your shoulder for those hidden cameras from What Not To Wear, one of these times, I know they are going to be there! Over the course of the last 9 years when I went from an office manager to a stay at home Mom my size and my wardrobe has changed drastically. First up she sent me this fun Nicole dress in this awesome print and a pair of leggings to match!

From the moment I saw this dress I knew I wanted it! I couldn’t wait to try it on, the first spare minute I had, I tossed this pretty dress on! I loved it’s stretchy material and how comfortably it fit my body. I was so excited to share a picture with Lindsey so I asked my 9 year old to take a picture for me, after 6 blurry tries, I asked my 7 year old and got the same results…so finally I propped the camera against the wall and used the timer option on it and finally was able to get a clear shot, although the lighting in my basement is less than stellar as you can see below!

Let me tell you what I love about this Nicole dress. Starting from the top, I love the neckline. The round neck is flattering and provides a good coverage which I really appreciated. The sleeve length is also fabulous. I love that it goes right to my elbows, covering up the not-so-toned part of my arms. The pleats below the waist make it light, flowy, comfortable to wear and very flattering! The dress falls just below my knees which is definitely my preferred length! I really think this dress is gorgeous!

A lot of times I can’t seem to find dresses that will fit my full upper body without causing those stretchy lines across the chest, I was so happy when this dress FIT me everywhere! Finding the right size was easy with the sizing chart. I love that LuLaRoe isn’t just a clothing line for “some” people, it is for EVERYONE! Sizes XXS to 3XL.

I’ll be honest with you….. I feel a little sassy in this dress…..and I LIKE IT! I was taking sunglasses selfies-I’m taking my wardrobe back friends! I added a black scarf to dress it up and a black belt around the center to give the illusion of a smaller waist.

I know leggings are all the rage right now, as I mentioned I drive a school bus and I’d say about 90% of the girls in high school wear leggings on a daily basis. I didn’t own a pair of leggings before last week and I wasn’t so sure if I’d feel comfortable in them. Was I ever WRONG! Hello leggings-where have you been all my life?! There is a reason so many people are wearing them and they are popular! I loved wearing them under my Nicole dress. It gave me extra comfort knowing that my 18 month old wouldn’t be squirming around on my lap and I be giving a super white leg show at church! Ain’t nobody wanna see that! Trust me! I chose the tall and curvy leggings because I didn’t want them to be too tight.

I don’t think I am to the point yet where I would wear them out with just a t-shirt like the girls at the local high school do, but that is more of my own preference. LuLaRoe has tons of cute prints and styles to choose from. Another thing that makes this company so unique is they only produce 2,500 of one print, so you may be the only one in your area that has that print or style!

Lindsey also sent me the Randy Tee to try out. The Randy Tee is also made out of a stretchy, comfy, fabric. It is long which makes it great to wear with those leggings and has a rounded front and back. The Randy Tee I received was grey with cute yellow and blue floral sleeves. It is hard to see in the picture, but the blue on the sleeves matches the blue leggings.

I have never worn a shirt like this before so I gave it a try one day when I went to go run errands around town. I couldn’t believe the compliments I received on it! My husband even complimented me 3 times in one day and said “That is probably the nicest shirt you have! It looks great on you!” I then wore it for 3 days straight….ha ha ha! What can I say, I love a compliment! 😉 I feel pretty in this Randy Tee even without makeup!
