Free Custom Weighted Blanket Calculator

Weighted blankets can help calm and relax people when they are scared, angry, frustrated or flustered, It can help people with autism. There are a lot of uses. 

Disclaimer: I am not a doctor or a scientist, I am a mom that sews and have made several of these blankets and seen these blankets work for children with autism. 

Because a lot of people found our posts useful:

we had a tremendous amount of questions from people asking for help with calculations. While I hope that I was able to reply to every single one of you either through blog comments, our Facebook page or original YouTube Video, I thought that this calculator is going to be useful. It took me few months to build and code this calculator and now I hope it may be very helpful to you.

    For the weighted blankets, I am curious as to how you wash & dry them.? I am really interested as I have Parkinson’s & I’ve heard these blankets would help control my leg tremors

    wash on delicate warm water and dry on delicate low heat. 🙂
