Lately I have felt completely unorganized and lost. Being a mother of 4 children ages 8 to 1, a wife, a friend, a fitness instructor, a blogger, and trying to keep up with my own happiness really takes a toll on my sanity. It is as if the lists of ‘to do’ tasks multiply by the day. When I have too much going on in life, I become so overwhelmed that I am unable to be productive.
I have found that when I make lists and organize my day, I am able to slowly chip away at that endless ‘to-do’ list and actually feel motivated to stay on task. To help me in this endeavor of productivity I have designed a monthly, weekly, and daily bullet journal template. I have had great success with it that I wanted to share them with you, as a download, for FREE.
I use a three ring binder to organize and store my templates. It helps me keep everything categorize and sits on my desktop for quick reference. Below is a closer look at each template, as well as a link you can click on to download them to your computer for your own personal use, for free!
Monthly Bullet Journal Template

Using the monthly bullet journal template has been very helpful for me. I am able to plan my month at a glance and create goals that are easily obtainable while using the weekly and daily templates to get more focused. I created this template for use for any month of the year. You have the ability to customize the day your calendar starts, and add in any important reminders you need for the month.
I added a “word of the month” because I like to create mantras that fuel my focus. Mantras help boost your willpower and self-motivation. Give it a try and see if you feel an extra boost having a word of the month.
Weekly Bullet Journal Template

The weekly bullet journal template is perfect to use in conjunction with the monthly template. By focusing more specifically on weekly tasks, you are able to set short term goals and allow a more detailed look into the week. It is ideal for meal tracking, lesson plans, goals, tasks, and so much more. Seven areas align the top, allowing customizable calendaring.
When using the weekly bullet journal, I am able to plan out my week ahead. I enjoy taking time on a Saturday or Sunday to fill the weekly template out for an overview of my week. I can focus on making sure my schedule is balanced, without adding too much detail to the daily tasks. Once my weekly template is complete, I use the information I have mapped out there to fill in my daily journal template. It is nice to be able to see things in different perspectives.
Daily Bullet Journal Template

The daily bullet journal template is perfect for everyday use. Start your day out right by planning your meals throughout the day, tracking your hydration intake, and journaling any insights or adventures that occurred from morning to night.
Sometimes breaking down my tasks on a daily level helps me focus more and avoid being completely overwhelmed with everything I have happening in my life. It allows me to focus on the here and now, instead of the past or future. Accomplishment comes when I am able to cross off tasks that I have written in my daily ‘to-do or not to-do’ category. Also added is an area for daily journaling and insights. I am not great at journaling everyday, but using this template I have been able to capture my thoughts easily, reflecting back on a day at any given moment in time.
Most of all, my hope is that you enjoy using these free templates as much as I do. I would love to hear your feedback on them, and how they have improved your life.
Finally…. print, share, and inspire! Au Revoir.
