WaterBabies Move and Feel like a Real Baby and is the Perfect Christmas Gift for any Doll Loving Child

I am due with my third in about 7 weeks. When a new baby is in the house I won’t be able to give as much time to my older two as I did before the baby came. So to help with this transition I thought it would be a good idea to give my kids something they would be responsible for. That is why we got them  WaterBabies for Christmas. This way they will feel like they have a baby to take care of while I take care of my new baby. It is also a great way for me to bond with my older too as they step into a “parenting” role at the same time as I do. Also by them getting their babies before the baby gets here I can practice how to take care of a baby with them. Then they can also take turns helping me take care of the new baby.

*I received the following products in exchange for my honest opinion.

There are many different WaterBabies to choose from.

We got two WaterBabies which are the Giggly Wiggly and the Bathtime Fun WaterBabies. They have other dolls like their Nighty Night doll and their Sweet Cuddlers dolls. They also have their collection of Wee WaterBabies. Each doll also comes in different colors and designs which makes for a lot of choices for your child and being able to choose a doll that looks like them.

Before I go on I wanted to clarify what they mean by WaterBabies. I first thought that it meant all the babies could go into water. This is true for most of the dolls as long as their clothes can come off. But what it really means is that they use water-fill technology to make the babies so that they move and feel like real babies.

This is the Wiggly Giggly baby.

She comes with a pacifier and a bottle that can both be put in her mouth. She also comes in different colors so you don’t just have this one option. This is the doll we are going to be giving to our daughter. She already talks about how excited for is to feed the new baby. So this doll gives her the opportunity to feed her own baby while I am busy feeding the new baby. It also have a pacifier clip attached to the clothes. This way it can be easier for your child to not loose the pacifier.

This is the Bathtime Fun baby.

This doll is made for the water. It comes with two rubber ducks, a big rubber duck float and a duck robe. The cutest thing about this doll is that it fits in it’s duck float. This is the doll we are going to give to our son. Although it does not come with things like a bottle it is a great doll for a younger child. My son will only be three when our new baby comes and this way he can have his own baby that he can have fun with. It also helps that he loves bath time so he will love it even more.

This is not just a great gift for kids who are getting a new sibling but is a great gift for any child who loves dolls. They are also great because they can be found at Walmart for around $17!

Which of the WaterBabies would be your child’s favorite?  Let us know in the comments!
