Can you really find emotional health & positivity in a body spray? You can! There are so many different products you can check out on Amazon. Amy is one of the most respected advisers in the field of emotional health and wellness for anxiousness, sadness, children behavior challenges, specific symptoms of autism, hearing voices to naturally, powerfully and safely  bring you back to a healthy, positive state using powerful remedies from the earth.  Her products have been featured on MSNBC TV and won an award from Entrepreneur.com!

I’ve been using these products from Strongest Minds for a couple of years. I haven’t met one I didn’t like yet! She recently sent me a package of new products for the whole family that I can’t wait to tell you about! December is the month filled with Christmas programs, presentations, parties and other social events. I have a child who will suddenly lose her confidence mid performance and break down. Poor girl! Last year she made it through her speaking parts but when the last song started to play, she burst into tears on stage. She stuck it out, then walked off the stage in line, then got permission to come to us. Here she is sobbing in grandma’s arms. My poor sweet girl! Bless her heart!

I knew we needed to do something to help her up her confidence this year, so after visiting with Amy, she suggested the “I Am Awesome” body spray for my kiddos. We’ve been using it over the course of the last couple of weeks and today was the dress rehearsal day….this morning before we loaded onto the bus we did a thorough spritzing of I am awesome on all three of my school aged kids! I didn’t get to see the dress rehearsal today, but Grandma was there and she reported there were no tears this year! Success!

My other children have also noticed a difference in feeling not as down when someone teases them and not so worried what other people think about them…because they really are awesome! I love seeing them full of confidence! The spray itself is a bergamont/peppermint spray, but it isn’t intense-it’s quite light and pleasant. Usually when you use a body spray you do it for scent. With hope in a soap/strongest minds products you are spraying it for other benefits and it’s an added bonus that you smell fresh and clean! 🙂

Hope in a soap products and options

Amy offers personalized consultations as well to help you overcome any personal difficulties and move forward in your life and help your kids that may struggle with behavior or anxiety challenges. She sent me an I am awesome spray as well but specifically added some flower remedies to address my personal feelings of stress, feelings of being overwhelmed, and to be calm and more organized. I honestly can say that over the course of the last week that I have been using it consistently, I am knocking out items on my to do list like a champ! I have unexplained energy and I feel organized and prepared. I’m a believer!

I also received a body spray for my Mom who has had a TERRIBLY painful and difficult year! It is a special joy and happiness spray to help her with her tiredness, energy level, help her with discouragement, sadness, and to help her recuperate from surgery! She also sent the entire line of Rejuvenate products for her to try! There is a lotion, body wash, and hope in a soap bar! I can’t wait to wrap these up and give them to her for Christmas! I’ve used the Rejuvenate lotion before. It has a great strong lemongrass scent and doesn’t sting when it goes on my dry hands!

I love how the back of every product label has a scale to help you notice if the products are working for you! It’s a great reminder to take note of your emotional wellness to see how much you’ve improved thanks to the flower remedies.

Another new product she has is soap and sprays designed specifically for men! It will help balance men’s energy, relieve stress and bring out the more playful side! Plus it smells amazing and it gorgeous! I plan to give one bar to my Dad and one to my husband for Christmas! This soap has a pleasant sandalwood manly smell!

Have you heard of a Konjac sponge? I have no idea how this sponge works….but IT WORKS! I have never had such a clear blemish free face as I do when I use the Konjac sponges! It is made from pure vegetable fibers from the mountains in Japan, and incredibly great for your skin and it never gets that mildew smell, ever!  You don’t have to use any cleanser or product with them, they just work, but you can use with your favorite soap or body wash if you want to!

Amy offers so much more than I can write in this post. If you know someone that suffers from anxiety, or has a child with autism, or needs PTSD soap  (peace, tranquility, serenity, dignity), Meditation soap, Success soap (commit to goals, get organized, not giving up when tough) great for school kids as well. This is your place to find the answers! If you go to her site you can even chat with her about your specific needs! Amy also offers an opportunity to sell her products at home parties and for 30 or more people will come to your home, help you sell and offer consultations.  Its a great way to make money, get involved in alternative healing and help many in your area feel good for yourself and your kids.  Write Amy to learn more  about these options at [email protected]

Each product looks great but sandalwood is my favorite scent so I was instantly drawn to that soap and spray. That sponge is also very interesting! 🙂
