Keep warm this winter with the Tallulah WR warm boots Lugz

Winter time is officially upon us and if you are in need of some warm boots this season check out the Tallulah WR boots from Lugz! These acrylic fur lined, cushioned insole, water resistant warm boots are just what I need to get through another cold winter! Are you looking for a good pair of warm boots too?

The Tallulah WR boot comes in 3 different colors: Golden Wheat, Black and this awesome Brown/Red color that I chose. They also come in a “high” version that is taller or this mid calf option. It has a rubber toe and rubber heel to extend the lifetime of these boots. They lace up in the front making it fast to get in and out of these boots! The upper part of the boot is a water resistant ballistic nylon and permahide making these able to tromp through the snow. They are lined and you can even see the fur peeking out by the laces.

The acrylic fur is incredibly soft and I’ve found myself wearing ankle socks just so my calf can be next to the soft fur! The entire inside of the boot is lined with this acrylic fur. In addition to being very soft, they are super warm boots. I’m a school bus driver in northern Montana. The coldest morning I’ve had so far this year has been 24 degrees (not too cold…yet), I wore them on my bus route that day and didn’t have to turn on my foot heater on my bus once! I usually have it on full blast the entire 80 minutes I’m on the bus! I know we will get to the -50 degrees before long, so I am grateful that I’ve got these soft lined warm Tallulah boots!

I really like that these boots are lace up which allows me to open them up as wide as I need to get my foot in. I’m also able to adjust the laces to my preferred tightness. I have ~~gigantic calves~~ very muscular calves and 90% of the time I can’t get a boot that fits around my calves very well. I love that I can adjust the boot to fit me perfectly.

I’ve always struggled when it came to wearing boots. They’ve always seemed to hurt the top of my foot, but with this pair, it is so nicely padded that I don’t have any discomfort. The bottom inside of the boot is cushioned as well, so they are comfortable to walk in. They can be worn with the pants tucked in:

I love, love, love the traction on these boots! Every morning after my bus route I come home to feed and water the chickens and other animals. I walk the path that is lined with brick pavers from the chicken coop to the water well each day. When the days are cold and the pavers have frosted over night, they are slippery. I used to have to take the path really slowly, but now with the awesome traction on my boots, I have total control and don’t feel like I’m going to slip.

I’ve been looking for a good pair of warm winter boots for over 5 years! I’ve tried 6 pairs and couldn’t find a pair that didn’t hurt the top of my feet, or ones that kept me warm, or ones that were water resistant. I feel like I’ve hit the jackpot with the Tallulah WR Lugz boots!
