Baby Elephant Ears, Bringing Baby Comfort to an All New Level

10/30/2014 By Ashley 35 Comments

Have you ever looked at your baby in a car seat and been a little jealous of how comfortable they looked all snuggled in their car seat? I know I have especially on long car rides. I recently found a product that can make their time in their car seat even more comfortable and enjoyable, if that was even possible!

The product I came across that accomplishes all of that is the baby headrest support pillow from Baby Elephant Ears.

Baby Elephant Ears

In the picture above you can see that on either side of the headrest there is a pillow. In between the pillow is fabric where your baby rests their head. This positioning will give the baby great access to comfort on either side of their head.

The headrest is great because it provides “spinal/neck alignment and comfort”. Who knows how many babies cry because their neck hurts from uncomfortable headrests? I know I hate when my neck hurts and I would love a product like this for myself when relaxing.

Baby Elephant Ears in Carseat  The headrest fit perfectly in our car seat. Other places you can use the headrest is in the swing, stroller, changing table and almost anywhere else that the baby needs comfort, although it is not recommended to be used in the crib or during sleep.

Baby Elephant Ears with Baby

Here is a picture of my temporary baby model trying out the headrest, not on a recommended spot though, I would never put a real baby on the table with the headrest! That would be silly. I remember my daughter being a bit bigger than this doll when she was first born but that is good because the pillow looks too big for the doll so it would be perfect for a small baby to relax it’s head in.

Another great feature about the headrest from Baby Elephant Ears is that it can be washed in the washing machine. This is great because any mom knows that babies can easily get things dirty especially things next to their faces so to have to hand wash the headrest every time it is dirty would be a pain, also it is a good idea to keep anything near your babies face, or baby at all, to be nice and clean. Since it is machine washable you can just stick it in with a load of clothes, on cold though, and then dry it on warm!

Baby Elephant Ears headrest retails at $21.95 and comes in 20 different fabric patterns that you can choose from!

Baby Elephant Ears is giving away one of these great products right here on the blog to one of our lucky readers! To enter the giveaway fill out at least one of the entries in the rafflecopter below. The machine washable feature is so important. Each recommended use involves a ‘seat’ situation with the exception of the limited use on the changing table. They do expliicitly say they are not to be used in the crib. I’m guessing that means not in a flat position for any extended time. I would guess many people would think the ears would work well in the crib.
