SwaddleDesigns is the Perfect Place for your Baby Gift Needs!

It is so exciting to enter the nesting stage of pregnancy! It means it is really time to start to hunker down and prepare for the baby. Since this will be our third baby we have a better idea of things we need and don’t need. Two of the things that I know we will need that are at the top of the list at clothes and blankets for swaddling. When choosing these products it is also important to find them in many colors, since we aren’t finding out the gender until birth. This is not just a great reason to buy these products for yourself but great reasons for buying them for friends as well! Those reasons of these products being a need and wanting them in different color options is why I fell in love with SwaddleDesigns !

I received the Baby Velvet zzZipMe Sack Ultimate, Muslin Swaddle Gift Set from SwaddleDesigns.

In this gift set it comes with:

  • Baby Velvet zzZipMe Sack

I of course went with the gender neutral color but it also comes in pink or blue.

This is the zzZipMe Sack.

The zzZipMe sack can be worn as soon as 3 months, once the baby has grown out of being swaddled. It is a safe alternative to putting loose blankets in the crib with your baby. One of my favorite features of this particular product is it’s double zipper. This makes it a lot easier to chance diapers in the middle of the night, you don’t have to undress the baby all the way. It is also REALLY soft, it is definitely made for baby snuggles!

This is the Ultimate Swaddle.

This is a light weight blanket made of flannel cotton which makes it breathable. My husband’s favorite thing about this blanket (he is the swaddling guru in our house) is it’s size. It is 42 inches x 42 inches. The only thing my husband didn’t love was that it doesn’t have much stretch in it but I know the size will make up for that.

One of SwaddleDesigns signature features is that they sew swaddling instructions on every one of their swaddles. This is a great feature, especially for new parents making it a great gift that they will thank you for over and over again.

This is the Muslin Swaddle.

These are quite popular and something I never had for either of my other children. From what I have seen and heard from other people these are great for swaddling and as a cover while feeding your baby, since it is so breathable. The fabric was soft and the colors were outstanding! These swaddles also have the instructions sewn to the edge making it a great gift for new parents or parents who struggle with swaddling.

Finally this is the Cotton Gown with fold over mitts.

These are my all time favorite baby products. Babies, especially newborns, are always so stinking cute when wearing these. They also make for very easy and quick diaper changes. The fold over mitts is also a great feature to help stop those little babies from scratching their face. This particular one is especially cute with all of the foxes that cover it.

      I think they are made to go up to 3 months for swaddling purposes but you could use it as a regular blanket or as a nursing cover.

    For me, I’d say my favorite thing on their site is the luxury throw blanket (in green). For baby, I love the Ultimate Swaddle (Gray Fox on Pastel SeaCrystal). So adorable!

    My daughter just had a baby (and I got to be in the birthing suite!!!). Were I to be lucky enough to be selected, the Sleeping Sacks – zzZipMe Sack are my favorites! You have so many nice things!!

    I really love the sweet design of the Heavenly Floral pattern! As for a favorite, I would have a hard time deciding between the Muslin Changing Pad Cover or Muslin Luxe Blanket in that print.

    I really like the nursing scarf. I breastfed my kids for a year, so I love having a cover in my diaper bag to keep with me.
