10 Cute Halloween Maternity Costumes

Are you pregnant and still in need for a costume for this upcoming Halloween? Well then check out these cute ideas for some maternity costumes and you are sure to find one you love!

Halloween Maternity Costumes

1. Death Star Belly

Recently my husband had me watch all of the star wars movies because I had never seen them, so as soon as I saw this costume I got excited cause I actually knew what it was referring too! If you don’t know what this is it is Darth Vader’s ship and if you don’t know who Darth Vader is then you should probably look it up it is something you should know! Another great thing about this costume idea is if you already have kids, especially boys who probably already love star wars, they could dress up as other characters from star wars like Luke Skywalker or even Darth Vader! That would be a very cute family costume idea!

2. Mummy

Not a very creative costume but I love how cute this specific one is! If you are having a boy, like me, you could also move the boy to right under the eyes like a bow tie instead of a hair bow. This would also be an easy costume to make yourself especially with only 4 days until Halloween!

3. Humpty Dumpty

If you are looking for a creative costume this could be the one! If you aren’t comfortable showing off your belly even when painted, I wouldn’t be comfortable with a painted belly, then you could always just add a felt face to a white shirt with some hot glue or tape or pins. This costume would also bring in a lot of laughs, the good kind of course.

4. Skeleton Baby

This couples costume is so cute because the husband got in on it too. Check out his pizza and beer baby!

5. Pumpkin Belly

My family and I went to a church Halloween party last Friday and this was what I was. The above is not a picture of my belly, I didn’t get any good pictures. The way I made my costume was with a black shirt, I didn’t have any orange shirts on hand, and I cut out a pumpkin face in orange felt. I used medical tape to tape it to my shirt, I really had nothing else and I didn’t want to permanently make one of my favorite shirts a Halloween costume otherwise I would have used hot glue. It was a very simple costume but very cute!

6. X-ray and a Doctor

Such a creative costume and a great way to get your hubby involved!

7. Breakfast

Such a cute family Halloween costume idea. You could even add a glass of orange juice or a bowl of fruit or any other breakfast foods you love for other kids you might have.

8. Pregnancy Cravings

Mine would be a big juicy roast beef sandwich, which unfortunately I cannot eat! What a great idea!

9. Under Construction

Talk about creative. This is the first time I have ever seen this costume idea and I think it is great! You could also change around some of the “tools” in the belt, maybe add in some things that helps mom along the way too!

10. Bun in the Oven

I thought I would end with a classic costume, the bun in the oven. It is repeated to you the whole 9 months of pregnancy so you might as well flaunt it, right?

I hope these ideas for maternity costumes helped! Let me know what you are being for Halloween in the comments, whether you’re pregnant or not.
