“I participated in a campaign for Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Lay’s. I received a promotional item as a thank you for participating”
What’s your favorite summer activity? My family enjoys going to the beach or any kind of water activities 🙂 But because of the heat wave and temperatures rising last week we decided to take a mini trip to go to Upstate New York in the mountains to cool off. So we rented the summer house with a pool, huge back yard, fire pit in Windham NY. There is also a hot tub there. When my kids heard “house with the pool” oh man there was no end to excitement. Oh.. there were also 4-bedrooms in that house.. Amazing!
The kids were spending almost 6 hours in the pool. With breaks of course. The weather was sunny and beautiful. Not humid at all. And the temperature was at least 10 degrees cooler than in New York City. At night we did barbecue on a grill and roasted the marshmallows.
The neighbors there had chickens and sheep. It was a really nice change from the city. This was my most favorite moment of this summer. Why? You may ask… the summer has just begun and there’s still 1 and half month left. Well because my kids are gone to Europe to my mom’s. I miss them so badly. Plus our kitchen renovation has just begun… The memories of our iconic summer moment are priceless.
